What the package covers.

AHC trains the people who grow food and fibre, look after plants and green spaces, and care for land and water. Its titles fall into three broad fields.

Agriculture

Cropping, livestock, wool and the farm business

Mixed farming and rural operations, dairy, pork and poultry production, beekeeping, feedlot operations, applied agronomy, shearing and wool handling, rural merchandising and agribusiness management.

Horticulture

Nurseries, orchards, glasshouses and green spaces

Production and protected horticulture, nursery operations, viticulture, medicinal cannabis cultivation, landscaping and landscape design, parks and gardens, sports turf and arboriculture.

Conservation and land management

Country, ecosystems and the water and pests on them

Conservation and ecosystem management, On Country management, cultural sites work, permaculture, irrigation, pest management and community group coordination.

The kit is the seed. Your RTO does the growing.

A resource gives your trainers a strong start. It cannot know your region, your seasons, the enterprises your learners work in or the equipment on your site. That is why every document comes in Microsoft Word.

Your RTO still contextualises the materials, validates its assessment and implements the training. No resource can promise an outcome at audit, and we will not pretend one can.
